research focus:

Immunophentoypic analysis of hematopoietic stem cells and their lineages, and lung epithelial progenitors. Hematopoiesis, including hematopoietic and leukemic stem cell biology, myelopoiesis, erythropoiesis and red cell storage. Dissected out Rho GTPase-dependent pathways in normal and leukemic hematopoietic stem cells and progenitors in relation to cell proliferation, survival, engraftment and cell polarity. Development of novel blood and cell therapy products and analysis in vivo in animal models and in clinical trials.
